Recently, we received some customers’ feedback that as workspace owner, AJAXWorkspace should at least allow them to access to other project even though they are not invited by the project creator, to change the master setup information.

AJAXWorkspace comply with the principle.. “You talk, we listen and respond”. Right now, workspace owners are allowed to access to ALL project and rectify the setup information.

Recently we received a feedback from customer that it’s quite troublesome always need to enter domain name, user name and password in order login to workspace. AJAXWorkspace hear you, and we listen and respond.

We put this feedback as small request into our development immediately. Right now, our customers is no longer to enter all these hassle information anymore, similar to facebook and user just need to turn on the checkbox “keep me logged in” in the login screen, AJAXWorkspace will always keep you logged in.

I believe all of AJAXWorkspace customers encounter a problem to update multiple documents’ category, ownership, security level in one shot. Currently, user need to open all the documents and edit one by one which is very time consuming and not user friendly enough. AJAXWorkspace heard you, and new functionality will be introduced in this month to resolve this.
