Recently, we received quite number of feedbacks from new subscribed customers about AJAXWorkspace. What is all about simple task, checked task, approval task, task template, task planning, task event, security level, ownership, etc? To be honest, all the features mentioned above are AJAXWorkspace unique and advance functionality which you couldn’t find at other online project management tools. Recently there are quite a number of times that first-time online collaboration users are asking on how to successfully implement an successful online collaboration tool. This blog has always been a blog to update our users on the latest happenings in AJAXWorkspace but not this time. Let’s have some fun and talk something different.
For us in AJAXWorkspace, there will be a Christmas eve follows by a New Year eve party hold in our very own new office. It is surely gonna be a crazy party. All of us are pretty excited and the ladies are now busy preparing the costume for that night (It is another 14 days and they are already preparing. Ladies..are always ladies). Being in an IT industry often means dull and boring clothes, but I am sure our lady colleagues will look gorgeous on that night.Hopefully, or else I will be the first one to be disappointed. Hahaha…
So, what have you prepared for this Christmas? Have you bought your love ones that special gift? What have you bought? Mind to share with me, because I am not too sure what to buy *wink*, maybe you can give me some ideas.

2 weeks ago when I had my hi-tea session with an old friend of mine, he told me that isn’t it great if his office CRM system can have a set of templates so that they can create case easily just within 1 or 2 clicks.
After the session, I started to talk to my development team if we too can provide more task templates in AJAXWorkspace. Within 3 days, they managed to come out with more than 30 task templates for our users convenience. In addition, together with this enhancement there are another 3 great enhancements which the development team has delivered.
Kudos…to them. You guys are really great! In brief, below are what they have delivered.
I believe everyone of us must have wish that a process cycle can be automated once we have provided the system with all the initial information that is needed. That’s no longer a dream for us.
AJAXWorkspace has introduced a simple but not to be belittled workflow to serve you better.
Just predefined what you want the system to do after a task hit a particular stage and you are ready to go. Be it creating another task or send an email notification. This automation will surely save you all the tedious work and time needed.
Best of all, this help you to make sure all the processes are inline and nothing will flow through the crack. Peace of mind …
This is just getting better. With our new enhancement on the user-defined fields in task module, you can now re-locate the position of the fields that you created. Isn’t that wonderful?

After the major release 2 weeks ago, we do receive a lot of supportive and positive feedback. What a relief, at least now we know that the particular enhancement means a lot to our clients. We feel really happy for that.

Glad to see you all again. We have been very busy for the passed 2 months with our development work as we are gearing towards a major enhancement planning to be released by the end of Aug 2010. Today I am here to proudly announce that this major enhancement is completed and it’s now up and running in the production environment.
So, what’s the “hoo-haa” about this major enhancement? This enhancement will allow you to define and create your own fields in the task module. Some other minor enhancements that we have also put in are:
1.Now you can post comments to any file that is uploaded for better collaboration among your team.
